Executive Summary
Together we are a group of individuals who are passionate in finding new ways to uplift, improve and address health and social issues within our community.
Our question is what are the factors that contribute to people having opportunities for a high quality of life in our community? This question fuels the vision of the We Care Organization and resides at the heart of our Executive members.
The plan is intended to drive positive change within our community specially the youth who are mostly affected/infected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Stigma and discrimination, together with Human Rights violations is what our community face daily.
While we are busy rendering services to the community that speaks with HIV/AIDS and TB We Care will continue with a sharper focus on educating and addressing Stigma & Discrimination together with Human Rights amongst our youth.

Business Focus
01.
— Catering for under-privileged kids and communities.
We Care provides a ‘unique brand’ of product mix that caters for under-privileged kids and under-privileged communities and individuals, especially the victims of the HIV/AIDS Pandemic, abused women: those who are in need of counselling, Elderly Support and Adherence clubs as well as Youth programs with the focus on educational & Training programs.

— Partnerships with various organizations & private sector.
This will be done in partnership with various organizations, private sector organizations which will be complimented by utilizing superior technology, quality management and trained and skilled personnel.

— Ensuring that our poor communities are being served adequately.
We Care is also working towards becoming a main source of supply in terms of Nutritional Programs, HBC, Distribution of bread, food packets and lunch packets for scholars. This will ensure that our poor communities are being served properly and regularly.
04.
— Serving our local community & expanding.
Currently we serve 4 areas in the Bethelsdorp surroundings 3 times a week a Nutritional meal. We want to progressively expand to other areas serving all the disadvantage communities in the Northern areas.
