WHO WE ARE
CATEERING TO THE NEEDS OF OUR UNDERPRIVELEGED COMMUNITIES
WORD FROM THE CHAIRPERSON
A warm welcome to members of the community board members, partners donors, family and friends of the We Care Organization. I take pleasure, on behalf of the board of We Care in addressing our beneficiaries, partners and, donors giving report which capture the highlights and indeed challenges of the year under review.
I would like to wholeheartedly applaud our community who believe in the We Care vision and for staying connected as beneficiaries to the vision. Without the community my vision would never have become a reality. You are my reason for getting out of bed each morning.
To our partners donors We Care would never have reach new heights without your support. You are the wind behind our wings and because of you we are not afraid to fly high. As we partner together on this journey I think back to the great scientist Albert Einstein. He advised that we should “Learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow” What ever crisis we face together we can be much more effective together.
And now the question before us is this: can we make 2024 a year where we build forward towards a better world. Will we once again emerge more resilient after a crisis?
Today I believe we can learn from yesterday. We can build hope for tomorrow in our communities. We can do it together, because I cant do it alone… Thank you
